Quality irrigation services are broken into three key areas:
Without good design, you will have dry
spots. . . no if's, ands, or buts about it! Some areas will be too wet,
and others too dry. Our systems come with a two-year warranty and a
guarantee of absolutely no dry spots.
We custom design your system in order to fit your particular needs and
lawn shape.
The goal of a well-designed system is to apply even irrigation on each
zone. All your flowers and shrubs need the same amount of water.
Likewise, all your grass needs to get the same amount of water, although
significantly more than your flowers and shrubs. This is where head-head
coverage comes into play.
We have been designing systems for well over a decade and have
experienced many challenging landscapes. You owe it to yourself and your
landscaped investment to have a well-designed system.
Unless there
is a rainstorm or hurricane, it, generally, takes us two days of work to
complete an installation.
We use the highest quality components in your fully automatic sprinkler
system. Many of our customers are surprised at how much labor actually
goes into installation.
Steps:
Your lawn is surveyed for underground utility lines. This is done by the utility companies.
We dig trenches (small ditches about 8" deep and 4" wide) in your lawn. This is done either by hand or by machine.
We drill small tunnels under your sidewalks and/or driveway. These tunnels are known as "bores" in the industry. As you can probably imagine, this is no small feat.
Various sizes of pipe from 3/4" to 1 1/4" are laid in the trenches in different lengths. The pipe is then cut and welded together by a special chemical process.
The piping must be skillfully connected to control valves. This involves electrical wiring as well.
The electrical wiring is also run underground to your control box (timer).
The piping is methodically covered. This is known as backfilling.
Your sprinkler system (if installed by us) is warranted for two yearsfrom the date of original installation. We do offer repairs and additions and will attempt to repair systems installed by others if possible.

Repairing systems installed by others:
We do repair sprinkler systems that were installed by other contractors. However, many times, these systems were installed with inferior, non-commercial, components. In cases like these, we oftentimes, recommend that a complete & professional system be installed to save you costly work in the future.
